1. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days. COD orders may take 1–2 days longer due to verification.
2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! COD is available across India. We will contact you via WhatsApp or call to verify the order before dispatch.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can also contact us with your Order ID for tracking updates.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel within 24 hours or before dispatch. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping. Repeated cancellations may lead to account blocking.
5. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
6. How are refunds processed?
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are initiated within 7–15 working days to your original payment method or bank account.
7. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. A ₹150 flat shipping fee applies. Email us at justtrendy1322@gmail.com to request an exchange.
8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please share the unboxing video immediately with our support team. We’ll prioritize your case and arrange a return, refund, or replacement.

10. Are all products shipped from India?
Yes, we are proudly based in Bangalore, Karnataka and all orders are shipped domestically with trusted courier partners.
